Apart from drinking, golf has also been quite important during business deals in China in recent years. Interesting, Xiamen University in China is including golf lessons for their law and business students. The idea is that teaching golf lessons will better prepare students for the real Chinese business world.
The golf lessons will begin for the students from January 2007,with the University President, Mr. Zhu Chongshi stating that the golf lessons will help students to find better jobs, with many Chinese business deals often taking place on golf courses.
